I am local and would like to try on the clothes first?

As this boutique is run out of my home I do not offer this service at this time. However, we do have a great return policy if your unhappy with your order in any way. 

The product I want is out of stock in my size. Do you restock? 

Stock is brought into our boutique in limit quantities. We will always do our best to restock popular products; however, we can not guarantee any restock due to availability from the supplier. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for any restock announcements. 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! At this time we only ship to 48 states within the United States at a flat rate of $15. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for any future announcements regarding possible expansion to our shipping program. 

I would like to exchange my product?

Due to the limited stock and sizes that our boutique offers, we can not guarantee that the product you'd like to exchange for will be in stock. Refer to the returns/exchanges page for further information. 

When will my regular stock item ship if I ordered a preordered item as well?

If you have ordered regular stock pieces and a preorder at the same time, your order will all ship together once the preorder arrives.

We are located in Yorkton, SK Canada 

Do you have a store front?

At this time we are an e-commerece business only.

I have not received an email confirmation for my purchase?

Please add us to your email address book. Also, check your spam/junk folder for any emails. If you still do not see the confirmation, please contact us.  

I need to change my shipping address?

You absolutely can if your order has not been shipped. Contact us immediately with URGENT in the subject line and will make the necessary changes. 

I did not get a paper receipt with my order?

To save paper I do not include a paper receipt. Please save your order confirmations.
