I am local and would like to try on the clothes first?
As this boutique is run out of my home I do not offer this service at this time. However, we do have a great return policy if you're unhappy with your order in any way.
Do you accept Interac E-transfer as payment?
We do accept bank e-transfers. You can select this option at check out. However, if payment is not transferred within 24hrs your order will be cancelled.
How often do you bring in new styles?
We are a strong believer in quality over quantity. For that reason we do not do daily new arrivals. We want pieces in our store that you will love forever, and make multiple outfits from. We want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come. However, you will find the bulk of our new arrivals at the beginning of each season and some new styles throughout as brands have different ship times for certain styles. Be sure to sign up for our emails or follow on social media to not miss out on any new arrivals.
The product I want is out of stock in my size. Do you restock?
Stock is brought into our boutique in limit quantities. We will always do our best to restock popular products; however, we can not guarantee any restock due to availability from the supplier. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for any restock announcements.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! At this time we only ship to 48 states within the United States at a flat rate of $18. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for any future announcements regarding possible expansion to our shipping program.
I would like to exchange my product?
Due to the limited stock and sizes that our boutique offers, we can not guarantee that the product you'd like to exchange for will be in stock. Refer to the returns/exchanges page for further information.
When will my regular stock item ship if I ordered a preordered item as well?
If you have ordered regular stock pieces and a preorder at the same time, your order will all ship together once the preorder arrives.
